Worship Ministry Meeting
Results of October 29, 2006
meeting:
- December 17 Sunday-- O Antiphons Service
- December 22 Friday 5:00 – 10:00 pm—Greening of the church. We will serve chili or soup, salad and bread,
with wine for sale for a light supper.
While the church is being decorated Rob Lewallen will play his guitar
and we will sing Carols. It has been suggested that the Youth Group will
sponsor gift wrapping and baby sitting until 10:00 pm. There will
also be a beaded bracelet craft for a small fee. Kids, and adults, can make a bracelet to give
as a gift to a special someone.
- December 21 Thursday 4:30 – 6:30—Christmas choir
rehearsal and Pageant practice
- December 24 Sunday —9:00 am combined service
- December 24--Christmas Eve
service times 4:00 pm and 10:10 pm music prelude, 10:30 service. The choir will report at 9:45 for rehearsal.
-January 6—Epiphany Dinner
(proposed) with Tudor Theme, costumes, a simple Tudor meal (think Medieval Times),
games, a short play, and strolling minstrels

Classical Sacred Music concert with professional vocal quartet

Anniversary celebration to be held in connection with MADCAP week.
