St. Mary's Website--Keep watching for a webpage telling of our new Interim Vicar. The Bishop's Committee and the Senior Warden are indeed excited about the prospect of his coming onboard within the next 3-4 weeks. Final details are still being worked out. The Senior Warden's April 6 announcement at church said that the more that he talks with him, the more he is convinced that this person is indeed the right person for us. Keep watching for additional information in a letter from the Senior Warden.
New additions about to be implimented are a webpage for Fr. Leland's Farewell Sunday, along with other new photo pages. Also coming are photo web pages showing the progress on the changed kitchen and Haven very soon. The Bishop's visit will be very soon when he blesses our advances.
New changes for simplicity are going into the web site. There are now links with items that keep you from having to go to a different page for related information, such as being able to get the forum schedule when looking at the Weekly Schedule; previously it has been done by having to go to a different page in the menu list. Clicking on the link Forum Schedule puts that new page on the screen.
From the Website Editor--In the December 31 issue of the San Diego Union-Tribune, there was an article on our Christmas Eve service. To read it, click right here.
Calling All St. Mary's Men, Women and Youth--As the completion of our wonderful re-modeled kitchen draws near, we are asking that our congregation, in teams, be ready to volunteer for unpacking and moving back into our "digs."
